In today's busy society the average American spends 6-8 hours per day sitting. This becomes especially alarming when we look at the declining number of active children and the increased rates of obesity and preventable metabolic diseases such as; diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
The goal of Back In Action Dallas is two-fold. The first to get our community active and healthy. The second to keep our community informed and motivated.
