Injury and disfunctions comes to the body in all kinds of ways mostly commonly known as the three T's; Traumas, Toxins, and Thoughts. Consider the potential daily stress you experience and how it may effect your mood. I'm trying to convey that these injuries are subtle and take a very long time to manifest. However, we frequently consider a single event, such taking a bad step or lifting something improperly, as the reason for the injury. Even if that could have been the final straw, the injury usually had a number of other contributing reasons. This type of therapy is more of an addition to a healthy lifestyle than a one-time fix.
